SECOND REQUEST: Biere de Rock Volunteer Sign Up

This is the second call for volunteers for the third annual Biere de Rock Homebrew Competition, taking place December 3, 2011 at Elk Mountain Brewing.

If you have already volunteered, thank you for your support!

This event is the RHBC’s most visible and far reaching and your help is needed to make it a success.

We ask that all members volunteer to assist in accomplishing one or more of the tasks associated with this event, including:

  • Coordinating and assisting with set up, break down, and judging on the day of the event.
  • Picking up and delivering entries from drop off points to the sorting location (between November 27 and 30).
  • Providing a food item for the judges and stewards luncheon (drop off at Elk Mountain December 3 or coordinate with Steve or Geoff).
  • Assisting in sorting of entries at Elk Mountain on December 1.

You’ll note that some items do not require that you be available December 3, such as picking up and delivering entries and providing a food item.

To volunteer, sign up using the online volunteer sheet. Your help is needed and greatly appreciated!

Also, members should consider judging or stewarding during the competition. To register as a judge or steward, go to the Biere de Rock Registration Website.
