At last week’s meeting a sign-up sheet was distributed for everyone who is interested in participating in the Buddy Brew this year.
If you were not able to attend the club meeting, there is still time to sign up. Please contact Billy Beeson or Brian Pramov with your name, nubmer of years brewing, length of time as a club member and your email address.
Newer and/or less experienced brewers will be paired up with more veteran brewers/members.
Notable changes this year include removal of crazy ingredients ala iron chef/brewer. This year’s challenge will involve brewing a beer of less than 5% alcohol strength which still includes most BJCP beer styles.
