Members of the Rock Hoppers Brew Club have done themselves and their club proud by placing in five categories in the Old West regional judging.

Michael Bade won 1st place in the Pilsner category.

Rich McLain placed in two categories: 1st place in American Ale and 2nd place in English Ale.

Greg Geiger won 2nd place in the Fruit Beer category.

Doug Causey, RHBC’s newest member, took 1st place in the Scottish Ale category.

Geoff Humphrey won 3rd place in both the Vienna Lager (the first lager he has brewed ever) and American Brown Ale categories.

The Liquid Poets brew club out of Ft. Collins is hosting their first annual Liquid Poetry Slam.

Entry fee is $6 per brew. BJCP sanctioned.
