June Meeting Minutes

Rock Hoppers Brew Club Agenda

June 11, 2015 6:45 PM Grist Brewing Company

Call to Order and Welcome to New Members – Brian Pramov

President’s Report – Brian Pramov

  • A huge Thank You to GRIST for allowing us to host our meetings here
  • Castle Rock Homebrew Supply is still a great place to buy ingredients and equipment, and we will continue to support it! Eric was very kind to allow us to meet there, and we are grateful for that.
  • Why did we move?
    • As many of you have heard, Eric is opening up 105 West Brewing Company in the current location of Castle Rock Homebrew Supply
    • The brew shop will be moved several doors down, and will not be large enough to hold us
    • We could have met in the brewery (when it opens) but Thursdays are not available for meetings
  • As part of the move to a licensed establishment, the law has a grey area that we have interpreted to mean only registered members may consume homebrew. If you haven’t paid your dues to become a registered member, you can’t drink.

Event Director’s Report – Justin Vandegriffe
