Big Hops order

I am going to do my best to put together some big hop orders at hopsdirect.com.  General concept would be to pick put what you want maybe even as low as 4 or 8 once orders.  They come in 1 lb orders at the least, and they have some rules if you have not been to their site.  But if we can get enough people to share bags, I will split them and vacuum seal them and we split all costs.  Ordering there in larger 5lb + orders leads to less shipping cost per lb so I think most hops will come out to 70-90 cents an oz. They start harvesting now, so some of these will pop up and sell out quick (like chinook from last fall).  Email me if interested.  eric.seufert@yahoo.com

Spring / Summer Beer Fest

Hey all, I’d like to put together a spring beerfest at the house, and since the total attendance by hoppers at the last one was Kjell and Jim, I thought i’d start early, and see if there was a date that worked for folks. The dates i’m thinking of / have available would be 21 april, or 12 or 19 may. if any of those would work for folks, please post here, and i’ll see what i can put together. if none of them do,I guess i’ll put it off till sometime in the summer.
