A BIG thank you to all staff, stewards, and judges for making the 4th Annual Biere de Rock a rousing success – especially the members of the Rock Hoppers Brew Club who donated their time and resources to pulling this event off. Overall, 166 entries were cataloged, sorted, and judged.

A special thanks and shout out to John, Bridgette, Jason, and everyone at Lone Tree Brewing Company for hosting our event and for being an out-and-out awesome sponsor!

Congratulations to Best of Show and Lone Tree Brewing Company Pro-Am winner Billy Beeson who beat out all other entries with his Biere de Garde, taking home a pretty cool trophy that he promised to display prominently on his mantle.

Gold medal Best of Category winners received sacks of malt generously donated by our great friends and uber-supporters at The Brew Hut.

Victory and the Foamer Firkin is OURS!

The Rock Hoppers have been crowned the top club in the Rocky Mountain Homebrew Club Challenge for 2012!

A big congratulations to Chris Egolf for topping all other entries for Best of Show in Beer!

To boot, Michael Bade came away with BOS Runner Up in Beer and Bill Dickey was BOS Runner Up in Mead/Cider.

Bryan Keas came away with a ProAm with Wit’s End Brewing Company as well!

Our win was solidly decisive. We had:
