The American Homebrewers Association [1](AHA) Teach a Friend to Homebrew Day
is an international event to introduce people to the homebrewing hobby [2]
and establish relationships with local homebrew supply shops [3].
Each year on the first Saturday in November, homebrewers around the world are
encouraged to invite non-brewing and brewing friends and family to celebrate
Teach a Friend to Homebrew Day and brew a batch of beer together
*This Year’s Location: Rick Mazza’s House (thanks Rick!)*
23383 Rockdale Place [4], Parker, CO 80138
Starting at 9:00am, Rick and several other Rock Hoppers will be brewing and
explaining the brewing process. Any and all are welcome to stop by and learn
more about homebrewing.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to introduce someone to the art and
science of homebrewing.
Participants will be doing an extract batch, as well as a few all grain
batches of beer. Of course there will be homebrew for sampling as well. Rick
will be cooking some BBQ around lunch time.
No one is required to bring anything to this event. But feel free to bring
beer if you like! Homebrewed or commercial, no beer will be turned away!
*/All Rick is asking is that if you or a friend will be stopping by that you
please RSVP to rick_mazza@yahoo.com [5] or SIGN UP on the RHBC website [6]./*
Thanks and hope to see everyone there!
