Hello Fellow Hoppers,

This coming Saturday is The American Homebrewers Association [1](AHA) Learn
to Homebrew Day [2], an international event to introduce people to the
homebrewing hobby [3] and establish relationships with local homebrew supply
shops and those interested in the homebrewing hobby.

Each year on the first Saturday in November, homebrewers around the world are
encouraged to invite non-brewing and brewing friends and family to celebrate
Learn to Homebrew Day and brew a batch of beer together.

*This Year’s Location is Elk Mountain Brewing in Parker, *18921 Plaza Drive,
Unit 104, Parker, Colorado 80134. [4]

Starting at noon, Rock Hoppers members will be brewing and explaining the
brewing process. Any and all are welcome to stop by and learn more about
homebrewing.

*It’s not too late to volunteer to be a demonstrating brewer! Please /reply
to this email ASAP/ if you are willing to brew a batch up. *Extract, partial
mash, or all grain – all are needed.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to introduce someone to the art and
science of homebrewing. Bring your friends and family and involve them in
your hobby. Of course there will be homebrew for sampling as well…

If you plan on attending, /please/ go to the event information page on our
website [5] and /sign up/.

No one is required to bring anything, but feel free to bring food and brews
if you like – homebrewed or commercial, rest assured that nothing will be
turned away. Also, remember to have a pint or pick up a growler while you’re
at Elk Mountain.

Thanks and hope to see everyone there!

Cheers,

The RHBC Officers
