President’s Report – Brian

  • Big shoes to fill as Geoff was founding member and is still integral to the club’s functionality.
  • Excited to finish the year as the club president, although not under the circumstances I would like to be president.

Event Director’s Report – Jeff

  • RHBC Bus Trip Recap
    • Great time had by all and there was much beer, rejoicing, love, and merriment!
    • Hopoween Party Recap
      • Beer, costumes, and meat, how can you go wrong?
    • Holiday Bottle Exchange – December’s Meeting
      • White Elephant/Yankee Swap style event
      • Bring a wrapped bomber/4-pack/6-pack of good beer
      • $10 minimum value, no crappy beer please
      • Max 2 entries per person

Treasurer’s Report – Phil

  • We are in good shape financially
  • Over 50 paid members, exceeding our goal!
  • Sold more bus trip tickets than budgeted = more budget for education, events, raffles, etc
  • Most big bills are paid for this year, some remaining expenses for our Biere de Rock Competition.
