Election Voting – Geoff Humphrey

  • Only members who are current on their dues can vote
    • “Current” meaning you’ve paid 2019-2020 dues OR paid 2020-2021 dues
    • One vote per member
    • Write-in candidates will be accepted
  • Online voting
    • Members will receive a link to the election ballot on Friday evening via mail from Election Runner (check your spam folder)
      • Using the member email addresses that are on our MailChimp list
    • If you don’t receive our club email communications, sign up via the website by 5:00 PM March 13, 2020 to be eligible to vote
    • Voting opens March 13 at 6:00 PM and closes March 20 at 6:00 PM
    • Results will be emailed after voting ends on March 20
  • Candidate statements will be provided for review

Treasurer’s Report – Jim Morgheim

  • State of club finances
  • Dues
    • 2019-2020 dues are good through March 31
    • 2020-2021 dues good from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021
    • Dues increased to $40 per year
    • Can pay 2020-2021 dues now via the website or here at the meeting
