1. Call to Order – 6:08 PM by Kjell Wygant

2. President’s Report – Kjell Wygant

  • Open invitations to the brew club – we’re a small and “loose” club, which makes us different from the other, more established clubs in the area. We have some great opportunities to have some fun in the future.

3. Communications – Geoff

  • Website is now up and running on a temporary server.

Domain name has been secured.

  • Geoff will be looking into permanent web hosting space and the costs associated with it.

Colorado’s Newest Homebrew Club is Growing and Going Strong!

Hoppers Win at Dredhop 2009

Based in Castle Rock, Colorado, the RHBC is Colorado’s newest brew club.

We meet every 2nd Thursday of the month at 6:45pm at the Rockyard American Grill and Brewery. Join us!

In only one year of existence, the Rock Hoppers are making themselves known in the Colorado and National homebrewing scene. Members have won many awards and best of shows in local and regional competitions.

In this our second year, the plans are ambitious and include more barrel brews, a big event for Big Brew Day, and organizing our own BJCP sanctioned competition. Additionally, six members will be attending the National Homebrewers Conference in Oakland, California, taking place June 18-21. They will be representing the Hoppers at Club Night and will be presenting and pouring beer at the hospitality suite.

Be sure to check this site often as this is the main conduit for members and non-members to exchange information.

If you would like to join the club, come to a meeting, or just want some more information, contact us. Dues are just $20 per year. That’s cheap!
