Kelly won a bunch of pelletized hops the other night at Great Divide, and brought them home in cups, then put them into ziploc snack size bags. Any thoughts on how soon we should use them? I believe she brought home simcoe, columbus, and EKG. We got as much air out of the bag as possible and put ’em in the fridge. Thanks in advance!!

My wife and kids are going away for about a month, a cause for celebration. I was toying with the idea of having a cookout (pulled pork, brisket, etc) on either the weekend after or two weekends after Memorial day. I wanted to find out if anyone would be interested and for what weekend. I live in Founder’s Village in Castle Rock, hopefully close to most people. Let me know. Thanks.
