Hoppers,
As most of you know, Biere de Rock [1] is fast approaching. The
competition will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Lone Tree Brewing
Company. Currently, there are over 150 entries logged on the website (not bad
for a competition that only accepts 3 of 28 BJCP categories) and we are
already accepting entries at drop off points.
However, our competition doesn’t happen in a vacuum and not overnight. Hours
are spent planning and executing it. This is where you come in!
*We STILL need your help.*
Please volunteer your time, some food, or both to help us make our annual
competition a success. We are need of people to help with:
* Picking up entries from area drop-off locations and delivering them to
Lone Tree before sorting.
* Setup and take down at Lone Tree Brewing on competition day.
* Providing one or more items for the Judge/Steward Lunch on competition
day.
To volunteer, please access this Google Docs spreadsheet and add your name
and info to the appropriate area:

We are always on the lookout for judges and, especially, stewards. In fact,
you don’t need to have ANY experience with a competition to be a steward.
