Fellow Hoppers,
Unfortunately, the RHBC Beer Dinner has been postponed. It would have been
held tomorrow, Thursday, June 24. Thanks to everyone who expressed interest.
The new date will be discussed at the next general meeting, Thursday, July 8.
The menu and paired beers will remain the same, as well as the cost (see
below).
Menu:
*ROCK HOPPERS BREWMASTERS’ DINNER*
Red wine marinated duck breast with a citrus and carnation Beurre Rouge.
Served with duchess potatoes.
Paired with Drunken Uncle DUNKELWEIZEN (Brewed by Kelly and Jason Kruegel)
