The Rockyard is generously offering to host this event at the Rockyard
Dawghouse – 3155 Commerce Ct., Castle Rock, CO 80109 (map [2]) on Saturday,
May 5th starting at *8:00 am*.
…. Free Base Grain, Water, and Yeast!
The Rockyard is also offering to provide 2-row base malt, water, and their
house yeast for any member that shows up to brew their Big Brew Day batch
onsite!
If you want the free grain (for use only at the event), /you must e-mail
Kjell Wygant/ (wygantco@msn.com [3]) to let him how much you will need.
So far, three brewers have committed to brewing up a batch. *Don’t miss out!
*Floor space at this event is abundant but finite, so it’s first-come,
first-served.
…. Big Brew Recipes
AHA Big Brew Recipes [4] are provided each year to encourage simultanious
brewing of the same beer. There are plenty of other homebrew recipes [5] from
past AHA Big Brew events as well.
One more thing…bring some of your homebrew to share!
