Intra-Club Competitions

Fantasy Brewing Draft August 12, 6:00 PM – The Brew Hut Classroom
  • 15 participants thus far. Sign up here through August 10.
  • Each participant drafts a “team” of 7 ingredients
  • Trading is encouraged; all trades must be approved by the “commissioner.”
    • Each participant is limited to 5 trades.
    • Trade deadline is August 26.
  • Each participant then brews their beer using all 7 of their team ingredients.
  • $20 buy-in on draft day (+ cost of ingredients, of course).
  • Resulting brews judged BOS style by a panel of BJCP/experienced/pro brewer judges in early November
    • Winner gets 70% of buy-in pot; runner-up gets 30%
  • People’s Choice winner decided by popular vote at the November 2018 meeting
