June is here and it's time to judge those Wheat Beers that used 30 percent wheat. Maybe the beers brewed in Spring are ready for Summer. I suppose that we might be seeing some Weisse, Pilsners, Cream Ales, Kolsch, Saisons, in addition to Fruity or Wheat styled brews. I believe it's also the season to start brewing some Oktoberfest, Pumpkin, Harvest or other Vegetable Beers(Hint Hint), Some English Pale and Brown Ales, and Dunkelweizens.
